The Swiss Post’s commitment to art can look back on a long tradition of sponsorship, reflected in numerous art and architecture projects as well as a corporate collection of over 450 paintings, photographs, prints and sculptures.
In 2020, the focus of the art program was redefined. Since then, the three core areas of art collection, art in architecture and art on the periphery have been managed professionally. I work in cooperation with the head of the art department on various projects. My primary duties include supervising the corporate collection, aiding in artwork acquisitions, fulfilling registrar roles, and leading projects such as developing an in-house database.
An ongoing project of the art department is the online platform kunst-entdecken.ch, created and implemented by me, which provides an overview of art events outside urban centers.
I also oversee other projects created in cooperation with Swiss artists, highlighting the Swiss Post's commitment to art.
